Timberman Roofing is looking to add a new team member! We’re seeking a full-time In-House Permit Technician to join our team. This role helps keep roofing projects moving by staying organized and supporting the office with permit-related tasks and paperwork. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and communicates well with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the office with in-house permit tasks

• Help manage permit-related paperwork and job documentation

• Assist with keeping files organized and up to date

• Communicate with the team as needed to help projects stay on track

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong attention to detail

• Organized and able to manage paperwork

• Comfortable using a computer and phone for basic communication

Daytime hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
