Job Summary

Timberman Roofing is looking to add a new team member! We’re seeking an experienced roof repair technician to diagnose and complete repairs on asphalt shingle and metal roof systems. The ideal candidate shows up reliably, communicates clearly with customers, and brings a positive, team-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete repair work on shingle and metal roofs (leaks, flashing, penetrations, storm damage, ridge caps).

• Perform roof inspections, document findings with photos/notes, and provide clear repair recommendations.

• Safely set up and use ladders, harnesses, and other fall-protection/PPE; follow OSHA and company safety practices.

• Maintain clean, professional job sites and represent Timberman Roofing well with every customer interaction.

• Coordinate with the office on scheduling, parts, and change orders; complete work orders accurately.

• Assist with emergency dry-ins/tarps and occasional after-hours storm response.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing shingle and metal roofs (required).

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions; able to lift 50+ lbs.

• Proficient with roofing hand/power tools and basic carpentry/flashings.

• Strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

• Smartphone literacy for photos, texts, and job documentation.

Schedule

Daytime hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed for weather or emergency repairs.
